I have lost a pound. Great.
Anyway, I’ve been exercising 3-4 times a week this month. There has been some days I did multiple workouts. I am not quite back in the running routine, but that’s next. I have been eating better and drinking lots of water.
I have realize the merits of walking, especially if you do it for long distances. I have become such a running snob, that I think walking is a downgrade. I think it could be a great compliment to my running as well.
This’s month goal:
4 to 5 times a week of exercising.
A run for two of those days. Minimum 2 miles. If we can do three days, that would be great too.
I will try to give more a weekly update.
